This hands-on studio course will explore a range of basic printmaking techniques to produce fine art prints, including, but not limited to, Relief, Intaglio. Monotype, and Screen Printing. Students will learn how to transfer images, use plate-marking, tools, inks, brayers and pull prints with an etching press. No experience is necessary and beginners are welcome! Some in-depth and advanced techniques will be offered for any continuing students and anyone who would like a refresher. It’s loosely structured and students will have the freedom to experiment at your own pace. Let’s get inky!
